SSW direction the lift band can be from 100Ft above the cliff to 400Ft high
The site is open all year round
Take off is at Newhaven Fort
Two areas of the cliff are low and produce little lift. So it is best to fly fast between these points
If you land here there is a little cafe. But do watch out for people and the Norwegin Rocks
From the road you can bus back to Newhaven Fort
But hopefully you will make the crossing
And fly all the way to brighton a magical flight for any pilot

Always check the tide is out when flying
Into wind heading to Brighton takes about 30 min's
If you fly there and back you will have most probably been in the air for one hour
