To fly cross country you will need to be able to read air maps and have achieved your 25 hours and passed your pilots exam.
PARAGLIDING - COURSES Accelerate your Pilot training on a "Pilot Theory Course", a unique course to Freeflight Paragliding. To go cross country you are required to first take your BHPA Pilot Exam. This course teaches you everything you need to know about meteorology, air law etc. that will enable you to pass you Pilot Exam and provide you with sufficient knowledge to Cross Country Solo. The course is not just classroom based but involves site visits, site assessments and monitoring weather patterns and can be linked to the Tandem Fast Track and Soaring Courses
